Since debug logging heavily impacts performance, you should always disable logging (especially the RDP specific setting) after you're done reproducing your problem. Locate the log file on your file system and include it in your ticket.In the 'Plugin Settings' tab, scroll down and make sure 'Enable Debug Logging' is checked.Switch to the 'Connection Types - Remote Desktop' section.You can control a remote desktop session and delete or copy text between applications running on the host machine and the guest machine. It allows you to connect to another computer using a graphical user interface, so you can interact with the remote machine.
